Great Northern Packaging – Oshkosh facility has been awarded the first ever Platinum Supplier Award by Hickory Farms. To qualify for this award, we had to achieve three consecutive annual Gold ratings.

The Platinum Award goes to the supplier that exemplifies the high performance culture, quality, operational excellence and proactive improvement for long-term focus that Hickory Farms expects from its partners to achieve its best in class mission.

Our Oshkosh location supplies 100% of Hickory Farms packaging and display needs from multiple Great Northern facilities. When presenting the award to our Oshkosh location, Hickory Farms noted how impressive it was that we achieved both the three consecutive annual Gold ratings as well as the Platinum award.

“Our on time deliveries have been 98% or better over this three year span, with less than 1% defects,” Mike Schliesmann, Executive VP and Great Northern Packaging – Oshkosh Business Unit Manager said. “This quite remarkable for a seasonal account in which everything is produced and delivered within a four month window.”
